Hiren Boot CD is available to download as an ISO for easy installation to a USB or burning to a CD. The boot menu allows you to boot into the MiniXP environment, the Linux-based rescue environment, run a series of tools or boot directly from a specified partition. I don't have any.iso files in C: Users Documents but it still wouldn't move off 0% when attempting to create a USB rescue disk with a blank formatted USB drive. After 20 minutes, I X'd out of Avast, and looked at the USB drive with Explorer.
The Bitdefender Rescue CD is a tool that will attempt to repair Windows if it will no longer reboot, for example as a result of BitDefender incorrectly quarantining vital system files.
The Rescue CD comes in the form of an ISO disc image, and so you'll need to use your disc burning software to create a physical copy of this, first. Not sure what to do? Then you can alternatively use a specialist image burning tool to help you out: ISO Workshop, as an example, will do the job for no charge at all.
Once you have a disc then all you need to do is boot your affected PC from it, and follow the instructions. There's nothing complicated involved, essentially the Rescue CD will scan your system and automatically repair any issues it finds.
Please note, Bitdefender point out that this tool only works on 'English, French, Spanish and German versions of Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and XP (for XP only the version that is installed on the C drive).'
And in addition, it only applies to the following Bitdefender products from 2010 to 2014. You need one of these installed to use the Rescue CD.

The Bitdefender Rescue CD is an easy-to-use tool which might get an unbootable system working again. It has several limitations, though, so we'd use all the regular Windows repair options first - this should very much be a last resort

Installation on a USB stick or internal disk
It is possible to use SystemRescue without having a CD/DVD drive as it can beinstalled on USB sticks,or on a local disk. In anycase you will need to download the ISO image from the current page.
Checking the downloaded file
To confirm that the download was successful, you should download the checksumfiles and then run verification commands such as the following ones:
These command will recalculate the checksum on the downloaded file, and compareit with the expected checksums. These checksum programs are part ofcoreutilson Linux and should be pre-installed with most distributions.

Checking the signature
You can also verify the signature of the ISO image using GnuPG. The signatureis located in the ASC file named after the ISO image that you can get from themain download links at the top of this page. You will also needthe public signing key.
Errors during the boot process

Various issues can cause SystemRescue to hangs or fail with unexpected errorsduring the boot process. Please do not report these as bugs unless you haveverified the frequent causes of these issues:
- Boot medias such as CD, DVD, and USB stick are often unreliable and badblocks will cause problems. You can try another media to see if it makes adifference, and you can enable verification when you burn/copy the ISO imageto make sure data written to the device can be read and match the original.
- Damaged RAM will cause all type of programs to behave unexpectedly. Computersmemory can be tested using program such as memtest which is included withSystemRescue.
- You will also get problems if the system runs out of memory. So make sure yourcomputers has at least 2GB of memory if you start with the default bootoptions or 4GB if you cache the system into RAM.
Writing the ISO image file to a CD/DVD
On Linux you can use either command line tools such as cdrecord/wodim orgraphical tools such as k3b, brasero or xfburn.
